The Advantage Card costs €15 plus €2.50 delivery charges (packaging and recorded delivery post in the UK) is valid for unlimited use for one year. The payment can be made:
Receive the card
You can choose whether to have your card sent to you through the post or delivered to your hotel or place of stay in Sofia. In the application form you can specify the delivery method you prefer. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery by post to other European countries. Postal delivery to other countries may take longer.
Use the card
You need to be 18 years of age or older to order and use the Advantage Card. Information is available through www.sofiago.com about discounts or special offers and how the benefit applies. Most of the discounts and special offers apply per card member. Hotel accommodation generally applies per room unless otherwise stated. In the case of restaurants all the people in your party will benefit since the discount would apply on the bill for your table.
Any new discounts and offers will always be posted online on our website, and as a card member you will also receive information directly via email.
Availability
This means that in order to qualify for certain discounts, especially in the case of accommodation, car rentals and the like you need to contact the supplier in advance either through the info@sofiago.com, via email direct or by phone or fax with the booking. NEVER ASSUME THE BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION. Please be advised that for particular restaurants it may also be necessary to reserve a table in advance.
